In the aftermath of the Christchurch earthquake of 2011, City Care initiated a nationwide campaign to attract skilled tradespeople to begin the rebuild. 
City Care needed tradespeople from all skill sets and so in collaboration we created a campaign that utilized an umbrella approach visually, but aimed the content of each video to specific skill, plumbers, waste water, managers, etc. 
The videos were a success with thousands of applications received culminating in extra jobs being created to ensure skilled workers were retained in the area.
